Dr. Malek Amror

Board Member

Since 2009, Dr. Amror got his PhD in Psychology. Before, he had graduated from both a B.A. and M.A. in Law, certified by the Israeli Bar Association, as well as from a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

As such, from 1990 and to present, Dr. Amror provides for expertise in accountability, business strategy and development, and planning for local governmental bodies.

Later on, he was appointed by the Tel Aviv District Court as special administrator and trustee in bankruptcy situations concretely. Furthermore, he became Chairman of Planning and Construction of cities such as Nesher, Tirat Carmel and so.

Dr. Amror has, since 1990, been an expert in finance, management, development and improvement of effectiveness, performance and organization of both private businesses and governmental bodies –Ministries of trade and Industry, Social Security and Education. He has managed to transform his business clients into leaders in their fields.

Parallel to the finance and business side, as an attorney representative, Dr. Amror has written multiple legal opinions and has worked as a legal arbitrator and mediator, as well as counselor in various areas of local authorities.

Dr. Amror is as well specialized in the taxation and real estate taxation fields. He worked until September 2012 as a member of the Appeals Committee of Land Appreciation Tax at the Nazareth District Court.  

Finally, he has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Economic Development Authority in the Prime Minister's Office of Minorities

Combining all his fields of expertise, Dr. Amror provides a financial, accountant and legal vision altogether in every service. In October 2013, he joined the Board of IPCC.
